Real Estate Investing (REI) | National Association of REALTORS®: The Real Estate Investing certification program is for REALTORS® who want to master the ins and outs of working with investors and those who are establishing themselves as real estate investors. The courses provide insight into 1031 exchanges, REITS, NOI models, tools, and more. The program consists of two courses: Increase Wealth with Rentals and Other Investment Properties (8 credit hours) and Real Estate Investing – Online Bundle (6 credit hours). Requirements to earn the REI certification include: completing the courses with a 70% or better score; being a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®; and emailing [email protected] to process your certification.
Real Estate Investment Graduate Certificate | Harvard Extension School: The Real Estate Investment Graduate Certificate program will provide you with the practical, real-world knowledge and skills for investing in real estate. You will learn how to create financial models, analyze cash flows, determine values, and measure economic returns of real estate investments.
