This course provides an introduction to 3D models for virtual reality. Students will learn about 3D graphics, integrated development environments (IDEs), and why to use A-Frame. They will also explore Open VR with Lance Putman, Unreal Engine, and Unity. Topics covered include 3D space, the Unity user interface, navigating in Unity, objects and meshes, creating objects in Unity, primitives, creating 3D assets, the asset store, and importing assets from Unity and other places.
