This course, Beginner Figure Drawing - How to Draw Hair, is designed to help students learn how to simplify the complex nature of hair and how to best tackle tricky hair styles and shapes. The course will begin with a lecture and demonstration, followed by a 30 minute timed drawing session, and finishing with a timed drawing demonstration. It is recommended that students first cover the Head Construction Series if they are just starting out with art. The course will use the stock image of MJ Ranum's Human Anatomy 4 Artists. After completing this course, students can continue learning with the follow up lessons in the Figure Drawing Series, Head Drawing Series, and Hand Drawing Series.
