Spring Boot Quick Start

Course Overview

This course, Spring Boot Quick Start, provides an introduction to Spring Boot. Students will learn about the Spring framework and some of the problems it solves. They will also learn how to set up the development environment, use Maven to create a Spring Boot project, start a Spring Boot application, and understand the Spring Boot startup steps. Additionally, students will learn how to add a REST controller, return objects from the controller, use a bill of materials, use an embedded servlet container, use Spring MVC, create a REST API, use POST, update and delete, use an initializer, use the CLI, use the STS IDE, use JPA, perform CRUD operations, understand entity relationships, package and run a Spring Boot app, use actuator, and much more.
