They will also learn how to create the correct topology when modeling and the difference between a low resolution model and a high resolution model. Students will learn how to create the character's body, eyes, arms, hands, and horns, as well as the slime. They will learn how to create a UV map in order to place the proper texture onto the model, and how to use the HYPERSHADE, Arnold Standard Surface Shader, and other shaders to create skin, transparency, a metallic gold shader, and shiny reflections. They will learn how to create a camera and set the lighting, and how to use the render settings to get a final, professional looking rendered image. Finally, they will bring the rendered image into Photoshop to do some color correcting and create a final look for the character.
