This course will provide an overview of Project Delivery Methods and Contracts in Construction Management. Participants will learn about the owner’s primary goal in choosing a project delivery method, the advantages and disadvantages of the primary project delivery method arrangements, and the three major types of contracts. The course will also cover design, value engineering, tasks that fall outside the design activities, when to bid a project, the construction phase, and activities necessary to properly organize and prepare a project for construction.
