In this Unreal Engine for Architecture class #1, learners will be able to learn the fundamentals of creating photorealistic interiors in Unreal Engine. Learners will be able to learn how to organize their references, prepare their project for import/export, and use Quixel and 3D assets to save time. They will also learn about lighting and basic materials, final lighting and raytracing, and cinematics. After this class, learners will be able to create projects that look better, save time, and focus on important aspects of their project. Learners will need to have knowledge of a 3D tool (such as 3ds Max), Unreal Engine, Quixel Bridge, and a NVIDIA graphics card for GPU Light Baker. The class project will help learners to create a portfolio piece on their Artstation account.
