Students will learn the basic principles and processes of UX strategy, and what a UX Strategist should know and be able to do. Topics covered include: what it means to be a UX Strategist, principles of user experience strategy, the types of activities that are involved in UX, an overview of the most used UX methods, ideas on how to promote UX in the organization, what it means to put together a UX infrastructure in your organization, an overview of the principles of good UX design, what makes for a good UX process, and how to create a UX Strategy Roadmap and an Action Plan. Students will also have access to templates for both the Roadmap and Action Plan. The course is available 24 hours a day, and can be accessed on either a desktop, laptop or mobile device.
