This course provides learners with an overview of Agile Process Project and Program Controls. Learners will gain an understanding of the agile practices and management skills necessary to deliver value with certainty, such as transparency with daily standup meetings, a clear definition of done, measuring performance and benefits of working solutions, iteratively testing to gain authentic feedback, regular retrospectives, quality management principles, managing and reducing interdependencies between project teams, making the business case for agile contracts, and how agile project management ensures success. Learners will also learn how to measure return on investment (ROI) capabilities and how to maintain certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
