Course Overview

This online course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Objective and Key Results (OKR) strategy management methodology. Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement an effective OKR system within their organization. OKR is a lightweight management tool that enables companies to set objectives, align everyone towards the same key results, and direct team initiatives and activities. Over the past two decades, OKR has become a popular strategy management methodology used by leading businesses such as Google and Amazon. OKR differs from traditional planning methods in that it is frequently set, tracked, and re-evaluated, is a simple and fast-paced process that engages each team’s creativity, and exists to create alignment and set the rhythm for the organization. This course is designed to help strategic planning and performance professionals avoid common OKR pitfalls and do their job more effectively. It includes 12 free books, templates, a phone app, and a cloud system to help participants successfully implement OKR. An optional online exam is available for an additional fee, which upon successful completion will certify participants as Certified OKR Professionals (COKRP).
