This course, Cracking the Creativity Code: Discovering Ideas, provides students with the opportunity to lead an innovation process and see ideas through all stages of development, from discovery to delivery. Students will use their imagination to solve a variety of strategic management problems, while employing a tried-and-true structured method for generating and implementing game-changing ideas known as ‘Zoom in, Zoom out, Zoom in.’ Additionally, students will create and implement an innovative practice in their own, identify new and unfamiliar challenges and reflect on them from a creative standpoint, the action required, and the service provided. Finally, students will showcase their creative problem-solving abilities in defining, structuring, and solving real-world operations management problems.
