The course will begin by introducing the concept of emotional intelligence and its implications and applications. It will then move on to discuss the added advantage of EQ the software of the brain over the hardware (IQ). The participants will learn about the credo of emotional intelligence and how it can help them to develop insights into self-regulation and realization of one’s optimum potentials for better performance.
