Course Overview

In this course, participants will discover a simple and elegant tool for more conscious relating and the key vocabulary to becoming a more supportive partner: Love Languages. There are five primary Love Languages spoken between couples, which represent the core patterns of speaking or giving love to another, as well as the dominant ways of receiving love. Withdrawal, irritation, and separation can occur in relationships when one partner does not feel heard or understood. To honor a partner, it is important to become fluent in their Love Language, while also learning how to communicate the desires and needs of one's own primary and secondary Love Languages. These Love Languages are applicable to all relationships, including intimate couples, children and families, friends, and colleagues. The course includes over 30 exercises to integrate each Love Language into one's life, as well as teaching the importance of the Neurochemistry of falling in love and how it is essential to learn another's Love Language to sustain love on a neurological level. Professional astrologer and relationship coach, the instructor has also woven the five Love Languages into the archetypes of the zodiac to bring further insight. Additionally, the course explores how Love Languages may shift over different phases of life and with different partners, and provides many exercises for integrating and empowering the Love Languages in one's life.
