Free Lean Six Sigma Primer

Course Overview

This course provides an overview of Lean Six Sigma and its relevance to analytics and data science. Participants will learn the definition of Lean Six Sigma, the relevance to analytics and data science, the different levels of certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt), how to become a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), important terms of Six Sigma, the DMAIC steps, the Six Sigma project flow, and certification tips. Two new assignments have been added to the course, allowing participants to participate and get feedback from other students and enhance their knowledge. Additionally, a Six Sigma crossword puzzle and solution have been added.
