This course, PM4R Agile: Agile Mindset in Development Projects, is designed to help people working in development and social impact projects to understand the basic concepts of agile and how to apply them to their projects. Participants will learn the roles that make up an agile team and their responsibilities during project execution, as well as the principles of the PM4R Agile methodology and the expected behaviors of each of these principles. Through practical activities, participants will be able to internalize the agile principles of PM4R Agile and analyze the degree of agility they have at the beginning, both at the individual level and at the level of their organization. Upon completion of the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to apply agility in their projects with a methodology adapted to their needs.
The course is offered as a MOOC and can be taken at the participant's own pace. Participants can register at any time and have the option of completing the course for free in 10 weeks or paying a fee of USD 19 for an unlimited access and the ability to complete graded assessments until the closing date of 27, 2023. Those who pass the assessments will receive a verified certificate and a digital badge to share their academic and professional achievements. Financial assistance is available for those who are having difficulty making payment.
