This course, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills, is designed to help learners develop the skills and strategies necessary to become successful negotiators. Learners will gain an understanding of the four steps to a successful negotiation: Prepare, Negotiate, Close, and Perform and Evaluate. Through interactive videos, learners will learn key tactics for success and practice their negotiation skills. Learners will also have the opportunity to take a final exam and earn a Course Certificate from the University of Michigan. Subtitles for the videos are available in English, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish. The course is also available in Spanish and Portuguese.
