The Negotiation Mediation and Conflict Resolution - Capstone Project course is designed to help students apply the knowledge, skills, and know-how they have developed in negotiation and mediation. Before enrolling, students are strongly encouraged to acquire the necessary pre-requisites, which include tools, concepts, and methods outlined in 3 MOOCS: Negotiation Fundamentals, Cross-cultural Negotiations, and Mediation & Conflict Resolution. The course will help students sharpen their skills and enhance their command of negotiation techniques and behaviors. It will comprise three exercises: analyzing a real-life negotiation, negotiating directly with a peer, and structuring a mediation process. Each exercise will be peer-evaluated.
